Is the facility where these are bottled also free of the top 9 allergens?

We work with multiple manufacturing facilities for different products; some facilities are 100% allergen free and some work with (certain) allergens. However, the facilities that work with known allergens meet or exceed the FDA allergen food requirements set forth by the regulations and FSMA to contain and manage all allergens in separate and contained rooms with separate equipment, separate controls, etc. This allows us to manufacture our products in an allergen-free environment and make the claims that we do.

In addition to meeting FDA allergen requirements, we are very proud to have certifications from MenuTrinfo® for all of our SmartyPants Formulas - this includes “Certified Free From™” the top 9 allergens - as well as “Certified Gluten-Free” certifications. MenuTrinfo® is a third-party allergen certification program that performs manufacturing and formula audits to verify our “free from” the top 9 allergens statement and our “Gluten Free” statements.
