Yes! All SmartyPants products are gluten-free.

Our SmartyPants formulas are free of GMOs, Synthetic Colors, Gluten, Wheat, Milk, Eggs, Peanuts, Sesame, Soy, Tree Nut Allergens, Fish allergens,  and Shellfish.  We are very proud to have certifications from MenuTrinfo® for all of our SmartyPants Formulas - this includes “Certified Free From” (TM) the top 9 US allergens - as well as “Certified Gluten-Free” certifications. MenuTrinfo® is a third party allergen certification program that performs manufacturing and formula audits to verify our “free from” the top 9 US allergens statement and our “Gluten Free” statements.
 
We proudly 3rd party lab test each batch of finished product for the presence of gluten and meet the FDA's regulation for a 'gluten-free' claim. Our gluten results are found under the External Chemical Parameters section at the bottom of our Certificates of Compliance.
 
We take rigorous measures from raw materials to final product to ensure that the allergen-free claims we place on our labels and our marketing materials are accurate and true. We appreciate how carefully you read labels and investigate products for the safety of your family.
