The beauty of our formulas is that it's up to you!
Unless specified on your bottle, you can take your daily serving of SmartyPants however you'd like: with or without food, you can spread them out throughout the day or take them all at once!
Please note that our Sleep formulas do have specific instructions about taking the dosage at certain times before bedtime. Always be sure to follow the instructions on each bottle.
